Sometimes the dashboard crashes because Jira tickets contain illegal characters, that corrupt the data which is retrieved from the database.
For performance reasons, the HTML code is prefetched and then injected into the dashboard page. If an unexpected character coming from one of the Jira fields corrupts the HTML code, the dashboard crashes because the webpage can't render correctly.

HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM?
Check in the next raw data lines if you can find characters that were not correctly rendered (eg. ) or other non standard characters (eg. microsoft special quotes.
In most cases the illegal characters are part of the ticket title or description field.

In case you find them:
1. Check the BX Jira ticket and replace/remove them.
2. Wait about 3 minutes, which is the time needed to refresh the database (You can also refresh this page to see if the refresh has meanwhile happened)
3. Retry the dashboard screen.
